Crimper Operator, PEGGY ELMORE is shown here at one of the crimpers recently installed at the Tait Plant. \ JOE ROBERTS is section foreman of the Winding and Twisting Department at the Nelson Plant on the first shift. He has been employed here for 1 year. RONNIE GILBERT has been employed at the Nelson Plant for ZVz years. He has recent' ly been promoted to section foreman on the Combers. Ronnie is a graduate of the N.C. Vocational Textile School at Belmont. MARY RHYNE covers tubes with ''socks" before they are used in thread winding at the American Plant. Most of the time, she covers 7000 tubes in an 8 hour day. "Very depend' able" is a good way to describe Mary. MARGARETTE MANN is employed in the Winding Dept, at the Spun Fibers Plant on first shift. She began working in June. Margarette and her husband Paul have two sons, Gary 14 and Tommy who is 9. They live on Pleasant Hill Rd. 10 A & E NEWS and VIEWS
