Fill your garden In April with mums that will bloom from June until November. The Giant Football Mum blooms late, but they are beautiful for cut flowers. Detroit News, (bronze), Major Bowes, (pink) Cheyenne, (crimson), silver sheen, (white), and butterball (yellow) will give you a beauti ful variety of them. The Hardy Pompom or Button Mum are perfect for the autumn garden. These are excellent for arrangements. Bambino, Gum Drop, Wine, Bright Jewel, and Lemon Drop will supply you with perfect color. Spidery, thread-like Fuji mums will give your garden a spectacular look. These make most interesting flower-show displays. Bird or Paradise, Larjona, Chartreuse, and Bronze Bridesmaid will make your October garden a ray of color. Cushion mums will bloom from June until late fall. These are always hardy In this section. Lipstick, Golden Carpet, Mums Pink, Powder River, Satellite, and Snappy make your garden lovely early and late. Grow more Cushion mums this year.
