Try this recipe for peanut butter chiffon pie. If you don’t fancy It, the kids will eat your share. You’ll need 1 envelope of plain gelatin; 1 cup of cold water; 2 egg yolks, well beaten; 1/4 cup of sugar or light corn syrup; 1/2 teaspoon of salt; 1/2 cup of peanut butter; 2 egg whites; 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla; 19-lnch baked pie shell. Soften gelatin in l/4 cup of cold water. Blend egg yolks, 1/2 of the sugar, 1/4 cup of water, and salt In the top of a double boiler.
