Blenders can be used for many mouth watering dishes and here’s one that will delight any family: MOCHA CHOCOLATE , ^ BAVARIAN 1/4 c. cold water, 2 enve lopes unflavored gelatin, 2 tsp, instant coffee powder, 1/2 c Moling water, 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 T. sugar, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla ex tract, 2 egg yolks, 1 c. heavy cream, and 1-1/2 C. crushed ice, drained. Push liquefy button, remove cover, add chocolate pieces, sugar, salt and vanilla. Continue processing until mixture is smooth. Add egg yolks, cream and crushed ice and continue processing until mixture begins to thicken. Pour at once into serving dishes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Yield; 6 servings.
