Make Your Own
Don’t toss out that partial
loaf of leftover French
bread. You can make your
own croutons. From about a
third of a pound of bread,
you can end up with two cups
of croutons. Use them to
garnish a tossed green salad,
perk up a soup or top off a
casserole.
