Rescue Squad Day A Success
Staff Writer
Rescue Squad Day in Vanceboro is shown in pictures as a success with good
participation in the parade, in cooking barbecue, and of course a gathering is not
complete without the representative of our government officials.
Mrs. Louis Toler says the day was a success in fund raising for the squad. All
the mepibers were very pleased with the results. She explained at press time the
receipts and expenses had not completely been figured. She plans to give the
results in a future article.
