Lewis of Clarks took a 280 gallon oil drum and split in it half, welded frames around it, built racks to go in it, putfendefs, wheels, and a tow on it and now it’s a huge vehicular oven that’s being used by someone most every weekend. The oven is fueled by charcoal or oak wood and last Sunday John used it himself for a pig barbecue to honor the birthday of his mother, Mae, and brother H. H. Lewis. Mother and brother were both born on July 11th exactly 20 years apart. She is 72 and he is 52 and John started cooking the 78 pound pig Saturday night at 10 p. m., staying up all night with it and holding the temperature at a steady 200 degrees.
