Rehearsal
Party
On Friday night,
October 8th after the
wedding rehearsal of Jeff
Jones and Lori Buck, a
pig picking and all the
trimmings was given by
the groom’s parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Carson Jones.
After the pig picking the
presents were presented
to the wedding party and
the groom’s cake was
served. It was two tiers
high with yellow roses
and three white satin
bells on top. It was baked
by Mary Taylor. Linda
Barnette, Cindy Dudley
and Leon Taylor assisted
in the serving.
Buck-Jones
Shower
A Floating Miscell-
anious shower was also
given on a Sunday
afternoon at Lane’s
Chapel Community
building. About 80guests
attended. Sandwiches,
mints, nuts, cake squares
cheese balls, crackers and
punch were served. The
hostesses were: Lynette
Dudley, Cindy Dudley,
Mary Taylor and Iris
Jones.
