Miss Julie Ross, bride elect of November 5, was
honored with a Miscellaneous bridal shower given by
^rs. Elva Matthews, Mrs. Bessie Forrest, and Mrs.
hfus Wall at the Forrest home.
The bride-elect was presented a long stem red rose
and the mothers of the bride and bridegroom were
presented with corsages of carnations by the
hostesses.
The bride-elect was presented with gifts by the
hostesses and twenty-five guests.

Miss Ross was honored with a Miscellaneous
floating shower at Saints Delight F.W.B. Church
Fellowship Hall, given by the ladies of the church.
She was presented with a corsage of silk roses.
Mothers of the bride and bridegroom were presented
with silk corsages of gardenias.
The hostesses and fifty guests presented the bride-
elect with gifts.

Mrs. Mike Ross and Mrs. C.D. Finer, Jr. honored
Miss Ross with a Miscellaneous shower at the Finer
residence.
The bride-elect and Mother of the bride and groom
were presented with corsages of white carnations.
The hostesses and 22guests presented Miss Ross with

Mrs. Judie Lewis, Mrs. Jodie Waller, and Mrs.
Thomas C. Williams, Sr., entertained Miss Ross at
a Miscellaneous shower at the Lewis home.
Miss Ross, her mother and the groom-elect’s
mother were presented decorative corsages of cookie
cutters.
Gifts were presented to the bride-elect by the
hostesses and the 28 guests.

Miss Ross was honored with a Miscellaneous bridal
shower given by Mrs. Susan Wagoner, Mrs. Fam
Cline, Mrs. Melanie Bell, Mrs. Claudia Darden and
Mrs. Betty Murphrey at the Darden residence.
The bride-elect and her mother were presented
corsages of daisy mums.
The hostesses and the 25 guests presented the
bride-elect with gifts.
A bridesmaid’s luncheon was given by Mrs. Hazel
Huff at her home. Miss Ross gave gifts to her
attendant s.
The family of the groom entertained the wedding
party and the out-of-town guests with an after
rehearsal party in the church fellowship hall with an
old fashioned picnic dinner.
