r m 8. West Craven Highlights. December 29,1983 FORT BARNWELL By MRS. B.H. MITCHELL The Christmas Season has come again and most people have had a wonderful day. Presents have been opened, games have been played, carols have been sung, worship services have been attended and friends and families have feasted and fellowshipped again. There have been fun and prayers along with sadness in many families also. The most blessed thought is that “Christ the Savior” was born to save us all from sin and to give us a right to the tree of Life. The cold weather hit just in time to keep the people in and to cause a quiet and more peaceful time for most of us to meditate on all of our blessings. A few problems came along also, frozen water pipes, autos stalled, and some people were out trying to get a fuel supply to keep their homes heated. In spite of it all we know that our country is one of the greatest to live in. So we all can continuously say God bless America. * « 1^ * The pastor and officers of St. Edwards F.W.B.
