Four juniors, Irene Emory, Alary Jordan, Alary Alichal, and Connie Shaner, and one senior, Libby Huffman, were tapped into the secret honor society. The Circle members formed a cir cle around the president, Paula AA^hitaker. Each new member was brought into the circle to light her candle from the torch held by the president. After everyone had lit her candle, the ceremony ended with a procession around cami)us. Irene, of AVilmington, is editor of the BELLES, a member of the YAA''Cx_V, Stage Coach staff, and Hall C/Ouncil for next year. She is a Mu.
