It’s not that we’re afraid of life Nor the heartbreaks that unfold; It’s just that now when school is out Our little world seems cold. It’s up to us to hold our aim High on the road of Life, To stand up for things which we believe To overcome all strife. But when we cross the bridge of Life If wo obtain life’s plan. We’ll look back then and say with pride, “Thanks to your helping hand.” Lillian Triplett. The athletic association held its annual banquet in the school gym at six o’clock, May 21.
