Hut next year will be here in the twinkling — let us see what the stars can tell ns about wdiat next year holds for all Incky leturning freshman and juniors. Next year’s seniors will be housed in Smedes. Seems the ad ministration feels they must keep a closer eye on them. What do the.v mean about a discipline prob lem. All seniors wdll pass summer reading tests. It will be a snap w ith their w’onderful background in mythology. Phone hours will be extended. We know' not where, but thev will be extended. Due to student recpiest, Chapel wdll be held three times on Sun- da.v. 1 his extra serviee will give every student a chance to try pla.ving “bouncing fingers” on the organ. New Juniors will hold nightly tutoring sessions for seniors. Spe cial sessions will be held iii hy giene and speech. Increased St. Mar.v’s patronage will force the Pancake House to exjiand. It should be a stickv sweet year. Juniors Choose Fire Marshal and Secretary of Le^. Body The Junior Class met in the au ditorium on May lb, at lOs'K) to elect the ’(i7-’68 Seeretary of the I.egislative Hody and the Eire Captain. IVIiss .Jane Marzoni, from Hir mingham, Ala., was elected Secre tary of the Leg. Hody. This year Jane has been a member of' the Glee Club and Ensemble, the Dra- maties Club, and has been a Mu cheerleader. Next year she will be a counselor. Others nominated were Mi.s.ses Sii.san Slower, Cheryl Lee, Jan Leonard, Paula Johnson, and Jo Craw'ford. Elected as Eire Marshal was Mis^s Eraii Tapper, from Columbia, N ^ She will work with the Ra- eigh Eire Department and .Ali.ss Kichardson in planning the tire drills and in seeing that they are carried out properly. Mi.sses^Heth Harris, Nancy Earn hardt, Mary Ann Allen, Angela Harmon, and Sheila Summers were the other nominees.
