M. J. C. Miss Pridie Clark, a senior from Fayetteville, was elected May Queen. Pridie is Vice President of Student Gov ernment this year, serves on the honor board, is a hall counsellor and a member of the granddaugh ters club. She is also president of the leg. body. Pridie was a mem ber of the ilay Court last year. Members of the Court were an nounced in assembly ’riiursday. Elected Maid of Honor was Miss Josie McCall, a senior from Bal timore, Maryland. This year Josie is a marshal and a hall counsellor. Senior representatWes on Ma,v Court are Mardy Gra,v, Anne Har rell, Patricia Little, Mary Morri son Pennington, and WemH Soper. Mard,v, a four year girl from Whiteville, is head marshal, and a counsellor this year. She has also been a sophomore and junior representative 0 n May (knirt, the sophomore dance mar shal, and a member of Y. R. C. Anne, from Edenton, is a marshal and also plays the sticks in the Cold Cuts this year. Patricia, from Greensboro, is secretar,A'- treasurer of student government, serves on the honor board and is a hall counsellor this year. She has participated in A'.W.C.A. and the altar guild. Mary Morrison, from T'arboro, is president of stu dent government, a member of the tennis team, sigma-mu, letter club, circle, and a hall counsellor this year.
