BLUNDERING BELLE
(from Sept. 30, 1955 Belles)
Listen my children while I relate
the sad, sad tale of a Belle’s
blind date.
“It’s Thursday night, and I’ve
still no man.”
She wept and wailed and schemed
and planned.
So faithful roomie ran to the
phone
And called every man she had
ever known.
She called the Pika’s and the
Sigma Nu’s
But the lines were busy; oh what
to do?
At last she remembered the SAE’s
“She’s female — we’ll date her!”
they shouted in glee.
T’was Friday night and excite
ment was high.
HAS A TALE OF WOJ
Our poor Belle thought sh'’ ’
dating a Sigma Chi!
Well, finally he came — this''
gory part — .
And the gruesome evening

Blind date Bob was a P^'

She was planning on ho"' *

When some of the brothers ^

Why you’re singing that
she said with a sigh, .
