Aside from the actual bistorv of the
newspaper, it is interesting to note the
various editors of The Hilltop and their
accomplishments since leaving the Hill.
John P Huskins, who served as co-
cditor with Mary Carter for the first
1926 2°71 Hilltop’s publication
(1926-27), continued bis career in
journalism at the University of Nortli
Carolina. After graduation there be
secured a position with the Greens-
oro ai y Aeivs, later becoming city
editor of that publication. He is now
serving m the army, possibly in con
nection with public relations work.
