Howell-Davis June Wedding Announced Saturday evening at Coltrane Hall Miss Maud Hunter and Miss Thelma Toler, entertained at seven tables of bridge honoring Miss Emma Davis, whose engagement and approaching marriage to Mr. Milton E. Howell, of Raliegh, N. C., they announced at this time. Immediately after the arrival of the guests, little Jane Lipscomb, dau ghter fo Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Lips comb, Jr., entered the living room with a small white umbrella, to which were attached miniature umbrellas. Each guest was presented one and when opened this information was found, Emma-Milton, June. In the umbrella presented to Miss Davis was concealed a diamond ring.
