Next Week At Local Theatres ___ IMPERIAL PROGRAM Next Weeks feature offering at the Imperial brings two great stars together for the first time, Ann Harding and Robert Mont gomery in their latest production, “When Ladies Meet,” and the pic ture is said to have great enter tainment value. In a simple, but appealing story, Mary, portrayed by Myrna Loy, an ambitious authoress, stands high in the affections of Jimmy, which part is taken by Robert Mont gomery, but she cannot help but fall in love with Roger, a phil andfcifng publisher, played by Frank Morgan. Jimmy’s efforts to break up the liasion only adds to Mary’s determination. Roger’s many affairs are known to his wife, Clare, played by Ann Hard ing, but she is content to let them run their course knowing her hus band always returns to her. Robert Montgomery in his role realizes he must do something “desperate” and he does it with the aid of Alice Brady and other members of the cast, with the finale having Roger convinced that he has stepped from the straight and narrow path once too often, and in a manner that evidently fix es everything to the entire satis faction of the audience.
