TRUSTEES’ AUCTION SALE In execution of a certain deed of trust dated November 21, 1927, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Halifax County, North Carolina, in Book 381, page 420, default having been made in the payment of part of the debt secured thereby, to-wit, balance of unpaid principal in the amount $8,942.28, and accrued in terest from November 21, 1927, having been declared due and pay able by the holder of the note evidencing said debt, and being required in writing to do so by the beneficiary under said deed, the undersigned Trustees will sell at public auction to the highest bid der for cash, at the County Court house door of the County of Hali fax, North Carolina, on Septem ber 5, 1933, beginning at eleven o’clock A.
