star, and great favorite of local
theatregoers will bring his new
1933 stage show to the Peoples
for a two-day engagement start
ing next Monday-Tuesday. accord
ing to announcement made today
by the management.
The new show presented by Dan
Fitch is named “Flashes of Fun,”
and presents an entirely new lin
up and routine by Fitch, and fea
tures Charles “Cupid’ Kemper,
stage and screen comedian in per
son.
Fitch has long been famed for
the clever presentation of his re
vues, and it is said that in “Flash
es of Fun,” he has attained an en
tirely new idea of stage presen
tation, and that the show is char
acterized by its novelness and uni
queness from curtain to curtain.
Several cf the old favorites are
back with Mr. Fitch this season,
including Chick Peters, and Tre
vor Lewis. Also appearing in the
cast is George Haggerty, Mae
Mack, Pat Nome, and the Bemnett
Sisters.
The show boasts a chorus of
beautiful dancing models, and the
Carolina Collegians stage band.
