Former City Man Has Own Agency At Rocky Mount Announcement has just been made that Kermon Lewis, local District Manager for the Provident Life and Accident Insurance Com pany for the past two years, has resigned his position in Roanoke Rapids to open a General Insur ance business in Rocky Mount. His Agency is known as the Rocky Mount Mutual Insurance Agency and is located at 201 Short Build ing. While in Roanoke Rapids, Mr. Lewis made quite a record for the Provident, qualifying for the Com pany’s Century Club which entitled him to a free trip to Chattanooga, Tenn. last Sept, and a most inter esting four day stay atop Lookout Mountain. In leaving Roanoke Rapids, Mr. Lewis wishes to express to his many friends here his deep appre ciation and gratitude for the cour tesy extended to him during his stay in this city. Mrs. Lewis, who is Supervisor in the local Hospital, will join her husband in Rocky Mount early this fall. Mr. and Mrs. J. R.
