A Superior Court order signed by Judge Parker and Solicitor Tyler is tacked on the locked door, charging among other violations the operation of a disorderly place. Waverly Warrick, local tex tile worker, suffered partial paral ysis and head injuries when hla car turned over near Garysburg Saturday afternoon. He is in the Roanoke Rapids Hospital and was still paralyzed in the arms and upper part of the body today. Warrick says he was driving alone when it suddenly be came impossible for him to drive the car. He believes he had a stroke at the time, rendering him helpless. The car left the road and turn ed over in a ditch. It is difficult to tell yet whether the paralysis is due to injuries or whether the wreck was caused from a partial stroke.
