TRACT 16: A tract of land in
and near the Town of Roanoke
Rapids, bounded and described as
follows: Bounded on the North by
the Virginia Electric & Power
Company and Roanoke Mills Com
pany; on the East by Henry Street;
on the South by Fifth Street; on
the West by the Cemetery Lot, S.
P. Harris or W. C. Williams. In
cluded in this description is the
School Lot, containing 4.13 acres;
and the property belonging to the
United Industrial Company, con
taining 3.57 acres. The tract of
land herein described containing
175.32 ACRES net, including
