Township, listed for taxation in
the name of Enoch Cook; and the
said defendants and all other per
sons, will further take notice that
they are required to be and appear
before the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Halifax County at his of
fice in Halifax, N. C., not later than
thirty days from the 30 day of Jan
uary, 1941, and answer or demur
to the complaint, which has been
filed in the office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of said county,
or plaintiff will apply to the Court
