H. Shell’s Store by way of Smith’s Church, on the East by the lands formerly belonging to W. A. Pierce, on the South by the Pierce lands, the land formerly belonging to J. H. Howard and on the West by the Umphries land. A deposit of ten percent of the amount will be required of the suc cessful bidder as evidence of good faith.
