Halifax District Boy Scouts held
the first of a series of Quarterly
Courts of Honor Wednesday night
in the Roanoke Rapids Municipal
Building. In a formal presenta
tion ceremony attended by many
parents and friends the Scouts
received public recognition for
their advancement progress dur
ing the past quarter.
