COURT OF HONOR FOR SCOUTS HELD WEDNESDAY - * Certificates Of Honor Awarded Many Scouts Here Halifax District Boy Scouts held the first of a series of Quarterly Courts of Honor Wednesday night in the Roanoke Rapids Municipal Building. In a formal presenta tion ceremony attended by many parents and friends the Scouts received public recognition for their advancement progress dur ing the past quarter. B. Crumpler, Charles Porch, Robert Edwards; Troop 145—Earl Gibson, Arthur Freeman, Martin Brittain; Troop 14C—Charles Pul len, Edward Taylor, Billy Moore, Donald Marshall, Arthur Mar shall, H. C.
