Garner - Mills Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Garner of Roanoke Rapids announces the engagement of their daughter, Ma ry Elizabeth, to David Leburn Mills of Roanoke Rapids and Quantico, Virginia. Mr. Mills is a member of the Ordnance Depart ment of the U. S. Marine Corps. The wedding will take place in September.
