County Tuberculosis seal Chair
man for the past two years, has
accepted the chairmanship for
Roanoke Rapids, according to Mrs.
William T. Neville of Enfield,
Xlounty Seal Chairman for this
*ear.
In a recent radio program Mrs.
Wheeler reported the total pro
ceeds of the sale last year as
$3,069.45. She explained that
twenty-five per cent of this
amount stayed in the communities
it was collected, fifty per cent
went to the county fund and
twenty-five per cent to the tsate
office.

Mrs. Wheeler said, “I am sure
the people will show the fine
spirit of coorperation in the sale
this year that they have in the
past—we must all fight tubercu
losis.”
