Colgate Homes are Easy to Assemble
No carpenter work is necessary! The panels are cut to fit and plainly marked on the simple, step-by-step erection plan
which is furnished with every house. Simply bolt the sections together, apply the asphalt shingles which we furnish,
and your home is erected! To save you time in assembly, we supply a foundation plan as soon as your order is received
Thus you can lay the foundation while waiting for the building to arrive.
