Britton, 1314 Washington Street, formerly of Hertford County, was honorably discharged from the Army on February 3 at Fort B^i.gg, Sgt. Britton has served two years in the armed forces as en MP, ten months of which was spent overseas with the Seventh and Fifteenth armies, in Eng land, France, Belgium and Germ any. He is the wearer of the Good Conduct Medal, ETO with two bronze stars, American Theatre, Victory ribbon and the Certificate of Merit.
