The Daffy Dills1 Be Presented At Aurelian Springs A high school play, “The Daffy Dills,” will be presented in the Aurelian Springs High School Aud itorium at 8 p. m.. Tuesday, April ■aO. This play is a three-act fajrce full of laughter and enjoyment from beginning to end, as a family of unruly, despiteful children try every means poss;ble to get rid of a detestable step-mother, who in turn is determined that they get the worst end of the bargain. A negro cook, grandmother, and an amusing neighbor, the Widow Woggles add much delight and enjoyment to the entertainment. The characters are: Richard Dill, played by Linwood Carter, Carol Dill, Avalene Walker; Rod Dill, Justis Wilcox; Dormis Dill, Yvonne DeBerry; Dudley Dill, George Warren; Grandmother Dill, Pat sy Ward; Pete Norton, Joe Con gleton; Almee Lovewell, Margaret Gibson; Cousin Maude, Harriet Congleton; Elaine Escott, Catheryn Warren; Arnica Jukes, Rivian Isles; and The Widow Woggles, Justine Roberson. The admission is 15c for children and 30c for adults. Finch Is Member Of Men's Chorus A men's chorus has recently been organized at Ea#t Carolina Teachers College, and under the direction of Dr. Karl V.
