AIRLINE ROUTES INCREASE Washington—The domestic air lines of the United States last year added 4,402 miles to their network of aid routes for the transportation of passengers, mail end authorized to fly, to the all-time high of 66,979 miles. KANSAS’ FLYING GOVERNOR Topeka—Governor Andrew Scho eppel, who uses an airplane in getting about the state, estimates that he gains the equivalent of two days a week by flying.
