My biggest disappointment was the 20% who didn't choose to give.” There were 167 Fair Share givers (one hours pay per month). This is a twofold increase over last year. Twenty groups had 100% participation. The average pledge per contributor was $31.04. The Company contribution was $4,900 or$4.75 per employee. The Company gift will go to Transyl vania, Henderson, and Buncombe Counties based on percentage employees in each county. Employee contributions go to county funds of their choice.
