SANTA CLAUS IS
Tell me not, in mournful numbers.
That there ain’t no Santa Claus!
And that AAdiile AA^e’re in our slumbers
Stockings are filled by Pa’s and Ma’s.
Santa’s real! Santa’s earnest!
To fill our stockings is his goal;
With a coat of soot he’s burnished.
Santa is a good old soul.
Past experiences all remind us.
That to believe in him adds to our
joys.
And Santa, departing, leaves behind
him
Christmas gifts for good little boys.
