Page 14 AC Phoenix, June/July 1994 The July Sun was hot, but the Reggae was hotter as Bowman Gray Stadium played host to the 18th Annual Reggae Festival. The Festival featured local bands, KWANZA, the 919 Band, and the Truth and j»u||5p|ji-p Rights Band. It also featured the Razor Posse of Richmond '' * ' recording artists Pule Myster, Culture and Super Cat.
