Sumler J continued from page 5 old highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasion. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree a couple of miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed, gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate, I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving problems. In my bag here, I have a fool proof method for controlling your black slaves. I guarantee every one of you that if installed correctly, it will control the slaves for at least 300 years. My method is simple, any member of your family or any overseer can use it. I have outlined a number of differ ences among the slaves; and I take these differences and make them big ger. I use fear, distrust, and envy for control purposes. These methods have worked on my modest plantation in the West Indies and it will work through out the south. Take this simple little list of differences, and think about them. On the top of my list is, “age” but it is there only because it starts with an “K’, the second is “color” or shade, there is intelligence size, sex, size of planta tions, status on plantation, attitude of owners, whether the slaves live in the valley, on a hill. East West, North, South, have fine or coarse hair, or is tall or short. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an out line of action - but before that I shall assure you that distrust is stronger than trust, and envy is stronger than adulation, respect or admiration. The black slave after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generat ing for hundreds of years, maybe thou sands. Don’t forget you must pitch the old black vs. the young black male, and the young black male against the old black male. You must use the dark skin slaves vs. the light skin slaves and the light skin slaves vs. the dark skin slaves. You must use the female vs. the male, and the male vs. the female. You must also have your white servants and overseers distrust all blacks, but it is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us. They must love, respect. and trust only us. Gentlemen these kits are your keys to control, use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss opportunity. My plan is guaranteed, and the good thing about this plan is that if used intensely for one year, the slaves themselves will remain perpetu ally distrustful. I stopped by to tell you tonight that too many of us and too many of our leaders are still infected with the Willie Lynch Virus. Too many blacks are letting the Willie Lynch Plan keep them dreaming of what ought to be. History teaches us Pharoah was the first to say “let us deal wisely with them” in all efforts to keep their slaves in check. That plan was applied by the white man to black slaves. Check it out. We were mixed together with dif ferent languages and customs. Deliberately kept ignorant, housed and beaten like animals. At the end of the Civil War, the plantation owners saw there is more than one way to keep a slave in bondage. Let’s make sure the Negroes don’t get their 40 acres and a mule. We will make them sharecroppers and keep them economic slaves. Almost three hundred years later, blacks in North,Carolina spend 24.1 billion dollars annually. Blacks in America spend almost 500 billion dol lars annually and we are still economic slaves. In a news article, Sunday, January 10th in the Winston-Salem Journal, God revealed to me why man sent me to prison. But just like Joseph going to prison for 10 years, man meant it for evil but God used it for good. I joined a great group of men who had prison experiences...Paul, Silas, Malcom X, Guandi, Garvey, Mandela and Dr. King to name a few and I must not leave Jesus out. He was unjustly put in prison. It was a great thing when God set met free and I thank him for my prison experience not being 27 years like Nelson Mandela. I’m glad that my 4 1/2 years of bondage by man is over. How many of you are in prison tonight. Prisons don’t have to be bars, fences and walls. The greatest prisons are prisons of the mind and the most powerful of all prisons is fear. A spirit of fear is a thieve of liberty. I believe that’s why God commanded us to fear only him. That’s why the Word says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Too many black people are in prisons because of circumstances, jobs, relationships or situations. But tonight I can say look where he brought me from. God let man lock me up. It took 4 1/2 years but I’ve been shook up and shook loose. I know what real freedom is. He who the Son sets free is free indeed. continued on page 8 U AFt I ... to the place of joy and eternal hope...” We warmly invite you to join us for a time of connecting to God through His Son, Jesus Christ.
