Kazakos currently serves as assistant district attorney for Forsyth County and handles misdemeanor appeals, felony cases, jury trials and screens habitual domestic violence offenders for felony prosecution. AsthedesignatedUIFSAcourtattorney,he also works toenforce child support orders. Kazakos was born and grew up in Forsyth County and attended Appalachian State University and Wake Forest School of Law. Upon completion of law school, Kazakos was hired by the Forsyth County District Attorney's Office as the designated domestic violence prosecutor. He handled cases involving assault, child abuse and protective orders. Kazakos currently lives in Lewisville with his wife and two children. He serves as a SCAN board member and Is the National Vice President of the Evrytanian Association of America, a North Carolina based philanthropic organization. He is a longtime Sunday school teacher. Oratorical Festival Chairman and Bible Bowl coach at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Kazakos also participates in annual events such as Walk a Mile In Her Shoes and the Athena's Run for Gynecological Cancer.
