A Minor Scratch Dyehouse News It is important to report all acci dents for first aid no matter how minor they seem to be at the time. An employee in the Warping Department knows just how im portant this can be. While hand ling a yarn box this man received a tiny scratch on the wrist. It was hardlv noticable and it was near j the end of his shift so this man went on home and later applied an antiseptic to the wound. The next morning he reported for work and noticing red streaks up and down his arm he reported to the first aid room. Indications were that blood-poisoning was near at hand. He was referred to the hospital where he was treated and put to bed for two days. It is easy to see that first aid attention is important to prevent * * minor injuries from becoming major accidents.
