Ilemov1 from heat and add 1-2 tsp. vanilla. Virginia Waffles 1 1-2 c. boiling water 1 1-4 tbs. baking powder 1 1-2 c. milk 3 e. flour 3 tlis. sugar 1.2 c. white corn meal l 12 tsp. salt 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites 4 ths. melted butter Cook meal in boiling water 20 minutes, add milk, dry ingred ients mixed and sifted, mm yolk well beaten, butter and egg whites beaten until stiff. Ham Waffles — :;-t c. flour ;i tsp. baking powder 1-2 tsp. salt 1 e. milk Mix in order given 2 eggs 4 tbs. butter 6 tbs. chopped or ground ham.
