Showcase tineup includes 11 homes

oper Tim Smith won’t say which house in this
year’s showcase is his favorite but he points out
the holiday decorations in one of them is quite
eye catching. Of the six showcases, Preston has
done three.
From lavish to lovely, Showcase lane

Jim Wahlbrink said the Showcase
theme, "We’re Building Dreams for
You," reflects homes decked out in
the latest architecture and design
features.
"These homes are truly amazing,"
Wahlbrink said. "Visitors will find
flavors, accents and influences
from all over the world."
Eleven homes on Beeston Court
and Vyne Court, ranging in price
from $319,000 to $393,500, are
being shown by participating devel
opers and interior designers.
Three of the homes were sold be
fore Saturday’s openi-ig, and a
fourth was close to a conffact sign
ing early this week. Even more
could be sold before June 5 if
