Rut hie VTelions-Sullins MAX 17 PIANO AUDITION J Piano audition honors won Saturday, May 17, by three pupils who did not play at the April 21 auditions, follow: Kay Boyette, pupil of Miss Ann Thunberg, was a District winner, scoring Excellent Plus on four pieces. Olivia Edmonson, pi^il of Mss Flora Canaday, was a State winner, scoring Superior on eight pieces. Nancy Lassiter, who also studies with Mss Canaday, was a State winner on seven pieces which included a concerto movonent by Mozart. Nancy*s scoring was Superior Plus, They were judged by Norvelle Bryan, who heads the music department of the Clayton School, Mr. Bryan and Mss Canaday are both faculty members of the National Guild of Piano Teachers,
