Baiuch - The Highway Patrol began targeting aggressive drivers on North Carolina interstates Wednesday and will continue through the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Aggressive drivers are identified as those who flagrantly violate the motor vehicle laws by excessive speeding, following too closely, erratic lame changes, safe move reckless endangerment. Aggressive drivers, state records say, account for a significant number of the traf fic collisions on state roadways. ‘This high-volume holiday travel period is traditionally one of out busiest and deadliest,'* said Colonel Richard W.
