Commissioners Consider Throwing out Open Space Provisions Kim McKinney IREDELL CITIZEN County commissioners consid ered amending the open space provisions of the county's subdivi sion ordinance, but voted instead to throw out that section of the ordinance altogether. Michael Johnson, whose company is involved in three homeowner associations, spoke during the public hearing of problems the ppen space requirements present for homeowner associations and homeowners.
