Page Four PROCONIAN Thursday, April 19, 1945 HODGES (Continued from page one) “Well, it’s pretty hard to tell at this point.” A native of Raleigh, Ann at tended Needham Broughton High School of that city before going to the Woman’s College. After two years in Greensboro, she trans ferred to the University where she completed work on her degree, graduating this year. Now instructing in the Univer sity, Ann plans to return to her home town next fall and take over the duties of girls’ physical ed director at her alma mater. According to reliable sources, Ann’s secret ambition is to play the bass fiddle. Wonder if she’s ever met Houston Teague? Senior Play Cast; Rehearsals Begun Miss Mary Tom Colonas, direc tor of the senior play, “The Late Christopher Bean,” announced at the beginning of the week that the cast of the play has been se lected. Taking the lead, Hilda Sharkey will act the part of Abby, a maid. Others with the part which they hold are as follows: Mrs. Haggett, Venitah Sanders; Dr. Haggett, Colbert Leonard; Ada, Frances Eilinger; Susan, Jean Farrell; Tallant, Bobby Cornwell; Warren, Bill Browne; Rosen, Earl Bush; Davenport, Harold Cheek.
