(Photo by Young) 20 STUDENTS COMPETE IN PACKAGE DESIGN CONTEST The art department is par ticipating this year in the an nual St. Regis Collegiate Pack aging Design Contest. According to Mrs. Marie Hol man, instructor, about 20 stu dents are involved in the com petition, which is sponsored by St. Regis Paper Co. Entrants in the contest, which closes March 14, are asked to create a design for one of five types of packages—a multiwall bag for an industrial food pro duct; a corrugated container for fresh vegetables; a flexible film wrap for a loaf of bread; a fold ing carton for toys; and a no- holds-barred package using any, or all six, new materials for any type product.
