RULES OF THE ROAD TO HAPPINESS
!• Cultivate the habit of always looking
on the bright side of things.
2. Accept cheerfully the place you occupy
day by day as the very best place for
you.
3. Throw your whole soul and spirit into
your work and do it the very best you
know how.
4. Form the habit of doing kind and help
ful things to everyone you come in
contact with.
5. Adopt and maintain a childlike faith in
God as your Father.
Another good rule: Attend the services of
HYDE COUNTY CHURCHES.
REFRESHMENT TO THE SOUL
TrjHE deu) of the first Easter morning
N-* I still clings to the simple story of the
-Shi Resurrection. It refreshes our souls
today, even as it did the souls of the faith
ful ones tuho came to the Lord’s grave.
Open the Door for the Children
“JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN OF
THE WORLD”
^ (Si
“Jesus loves the little children—all the child
ren of the world — yellow, red, and black, and
white. They are precious in His sight. Jesus
loves the little children of the world.”
“Go ye into all the world and preach the Gos
pel to every creature.” Mark 16:15; Matt.
28:19-20.
“Little children love one another.” “Be ye
kind one to another.” “Love never faileth.”

One of the actors in the French Revolution,
who was asked what he did during several awful
weeks of peril, replied, “I lived.” Sometimes it.
is just enough to live. Let us hold confidently
by the great truths, promises and hopes of our
faith, and they will not fail us in the great
crises of life and death.
-o
Never tell a young person that anything can
not be done. God may have been waiting for
centuries for somebody ignorant enough of the
impossible to do that thing.
