Adjournment. o PRUNE AND SPRAY WITHOUT DELAY The dormant spray should be given at once un less you have already sprayed your trees. We ad vise that all trees on your premises of the fruit and nut type be sprayed. This dormant spray will help to make your trees shed and look smooth. Then every 18 days, beginning with the spray at blossom time, should be followed for seven or more sprays. There is perhaps someone in each community who has studied spraying. We mention two who we know have studied this: Captain R. W. Jones of Fairfield and Mr. Bennie Statesbury of New Holland. Through spraying, many nice peaches and apples are being grown in Hyde County. Your county agent, too, will help. Prune and spray your trees at once. -o- NOTICE! The Board of Commissioners will sit as a Board of Equalization at the Court House in Swanquarter, N. C, for the townships as follows: Ocracoke Township March 17 through April 7. Lake Landing Township March 17 through March 22. Swanquarter and Fairfield March 24 through March 29.
