Two incumbents - Dempsey

the county commission along
with local business owner
Mercedes Fornay, Hilton Keel
Jr. and Emily Biggs.
Two Republicans have also
filed. They are David “Skip”

ROBERSONVILLE - The Martin
County ABC Board held a ribbon
cutting for their new, expanded
location in Robersonville at 708
North Main St. on Dec. 13.
“It’s always great to see any
type of expansion in any of our
small towns,” said Chase Con
ner, Director of Martin County’s
Chamber of Commerce. “This
will be a benefit to Roberson
ville and the county.”
County and state officials
were on hand for the event.
General Manager Lynn Sadler
was excited to see the expan
sion project reach this point.
“We have had so many com
ments that we are carrying
more inventory and have more
selection,” according to Sadler.
“We have the same selection,
but now you can actually see
the product because of better
display options.”
Sadler explained the newstore
now has double the sales floor
space and quadruple the ware
house capacity than the old
store.
