GERALD and BEVERLY WHITE, son and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard White of Youngsville, are both 1960 college graduates, Gerald was graduated from N. C. State College on May 29 with a B. S. degree in agricul ture-education. He has accepted a job with the Smith-Douglas Co. He and his wife, the former Sarah Clay Ball of Fraiiklinton, will move to Wilmington where He' will begin his duties on July 1. Beverly graduated from Camp bell Junior'College on .June 3 and plans to enter Meredith College in the fall where she will major in elementary education. While at Campbell she was copy editor on the yearbook staff and in other campus organizations. Both are graduates of Youngsville High School. WILLIAM CAREY STAIN- BACK, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. G. Stainback of Rt. 1, Youngsville, received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from N. C, State College last week, Stainback was a member of the Pershing Rifles honorary military society, the PershiHg Rifle drill team. William was graduated from Oak Ridge Military Institute as top cadet in the class and had been active in snorts and other school activities there. James Wilson completed his col lege work in. January and is pres ently engaged in the training pro gram with American Stores Com pany of Philadelphia, Pa.
