Lagerbeck Plant Superintendent Lagerbeck started with Schrader in 1925 and has 40 years senority. In 1935 he was appointed assistant foreman of Schrader Brooklyn Ma chine shop, foreman in 1941 and then assistant plant superintendent in 1957. He was president of the Kings County Foremen’s Club 1946-47. He and his wife live in Raleigh. Christopher Strate Accounting Manager Strate 27, is one of the newer Schrader employees. He joined the local plant after service with American Viscose and Corning Glass Works. He has also served 3 years as First Lt. in the US Air Force. He and his wife, Barbara have three children: Jeffrey 5, Douglas 3, and Kathryn, one month. , ■ •C% IF. Howard Poling M.inagcr, (Hialil> toiilrol I’oliiio V,a- with Schiadci loi 28 years at the Brooklyn, N. Y. plant. Prior to that he was with Kolls- mon Instrument Co., Elmhurst, N. Y. and U. S. Gauge Co., Sel- lersville. Pa. and served 3 years in the US Marine Corps during World War II. He received his education in Southern Calif, and married a Brooklyn girl, Margaret Scheiner. They have 4 children: Marcella, Michael, Stephen and Mary and live on Kingwood Drive, Raleigh.
